Anne Marie was first my sister and brother in law's realtor.

This is our fifth transaction with Anne Marie.
She is AMAZING. In 2004, she helped my husband and me sell the condo that my hubby owned before we got married. Anne Marie made a really beautiful flyer and gave us some staging tips and got the place sold really quickly. In 2006, we'd had two kids and were ready to buy a bigger place. She once again helped us stage our house just right for potential buyers and got us a great price on our house. She also drove us all over Beaverton, Aloha, and Tigard, looking at house after house, while I tried to figure out what I wanted. She was patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. We ended up getting our new house for a great price and really felt like she was on our side. Both transactions once again went seamlessly. Now (2013) we have 5 kids and are ready to buy and sell again! This time, we had a complicated situation for Anne Marie. By the time we contacted her, we had already fallen in love with the house of our dreams. Anne Marie worked fast and got our current house sold in record time, and for a great price! The house of our dreams ended up having some repairs that needed to be made, and Anne Marie walked us through negotiating to get those all done with very little money out of pocket. The house also had complicated property division issues. Anne Marie has amazed us in how far above and beyond she has gone in fighting for us in this issue. We feel very secure. I shudder to think how this all would have gone, had we chosen another realtor. Anne Marie is knowledgeable, dependable, dedicated, and relentless in working for her clients. We couldn't be happier! We would recommend Anne Marie to anyone in the market to buy or sell (she even helped the sellers of our new house find a rental! She has some awesome connections!). But Anne Marie's expertise about every aspect of home buying or selling, and her knowledge of the entire Portland metro area, put me at ease and she was able to answer all of my questions. She really listened to me when I told her my must-haves and the things I absolutely did not want in a home. She knew just what to look for in every home she showed me, from red flags in the home to important considerations in the neighborhood, such as future construction projects, schools, or environmental hazards nearby. She is a strong negotiator on behalf of her clients. She goes above and beyond just being a realtor. In the 15 years since I bought my house, she has always been happy to give me advice, recommend a carpet company, or answer questions. Anne Marie has kept in touch with me all these years, and still treats me like a valued client, as well as a friend. I will probably sell my home in a couple of years and Anne Marie will be my realtor. I highly recommend her!
